Much as I dislike the Expanded universe, the unique stylings of this fighter made it's addition an inevitable one. I've yet to find an illustration done in a more realistic style than the 'Clone Wars' cartoon stills. As such there's a degree of interpretation involved. In my SWU this ship has a very short range two-jump (in and out) hyperdrive, sufficient only to allow it to jump out to where its hyperspace ring, or other host, is located.
