I discovered this
groovy puppy online somewhere. Unfortunately my exceedingly lost records
system contained all the data on the original creators. This is a bummer,
IMHO. Basically this was a straight clean up job of the original. I worked
quite closely with the original creators whilst doing this.
It goes without saying that if the originator would make themselves known, then a whole set of credits and links would rapidly become evident here.
