This ship started as a 'frankensteined' version sent to me by Tyler Mason. I liked the design enough to retro-refit it, and upgraded the design to a V3 standard, including generating the exterior image.

The Splint is a recon platform, designed for SigInt work with the ability to deploy very small teams if needed. Whilst she is armed, her main weapons are her low-observable hull and sheer speed.
Splints are routinely deployed on four day sorties which often involve drift migration through a system, permitting, ideally, a close scan whilst retaining stealth.
